Our Classes



Where everything started. Our signature full-body workout. This 50-minute mat-based practice incorporates cardio bursts, body resistance, and traditional strength movements with dumbbells to give your body a complete workout. Get ready to feel the burn and see the results with Groove With It.



Are you ready for a new experience? This practice is the yoga of awareness, the self consciousness journey.


Through the flow of prana and meridians in the body and chakras you are able to awaken a huge range of benefits physically and mentally.

Kundalini is a force of energy that exists in everyone and is dormant until awakened. We will practice the use of asanas, breathing exercises, mudras, mantras and meditation to take you on this journey.



A class that combines yoga with strength training to sculpt and increase stamina. Warm up with vinyasa-based flows. The combined Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes provide a peaceful refuge from the demands of modern life. Yin Yoga is a gentle, introspective practice involving prolonged passive poses for deep stretching and relaxation, targeting connective tissues to enhance flexibility, joint mobility, and stress reduction.
